One of the many 55 and better communities, these homes are very large and new. The community has few amenities however it's location makes it close to everything.  Minutes from route 50, shopping, Sandy Point, medical facilities and the B&A Trail, retiring here seems to be popular for those too young, but old enough. 

If you are wanting to know what the schools are for this community, you are in the wrong community. No children permitted. Unless they are your grandchildren of course! Or visiting. Oh! I get it now! This is how to keep Junior from coming to live with you! It is against the rules!
