I have only been down the road toward Podickory Point a million times. And of those million times I have always seen a bit of nature. Mostly deer, standing on the side of the road, looking amused at the human population. More recently a fox and her pups. Last month there was a turtle walking slowly across the road as 2 drivers rushed from their cars to save it causing a "traffic jam" on this quaint road.
This water privileged neighborhoods boasts large lots, well kept lawns, backs to Sandy Point, and has lots of athletic people and the best chiropractor in Annapolis (hi Tania). Homes start in the low 600's and waterfronts can go as high as 1.2 Million. There are a combination of Colonials, Contemporaries, Ranchers and Cape Cods. The community has a New England feeling. It has a terrific marina with a pool, a boat motel and a community beach that looks out onto Gibson Island and Baltimore Lighthouse.
