Imagine if you will, the most lovely, hilly part of Annapolis, with plentiful huge tall trees, a narrow albeit paved street and a new Suburban driver. Not a driver from the suburbs,but the Chevy variety. Now imagine her showing property her first day with this Suburban in Epping Forest. Well, it is a day this HouseHuntress, and her buyers will not forget in this lifefime. Long story-short, I didn't hit a thing! Four wheel drive vehicles are a plus when living here, but please, what could one community member been thinking when he bought a Hummer?

This community has it all. Beaches, parks, a fabulous community center with a gorgeous pool, tennis and basketball courts. Neighbors walking their pets and children. And exercise abounds. This is a nature lover's paradise, so please, no 4,000 square foot colonials need apply. Homes perch precariously into the hills with some having impossible driveways that the owners seem to adore. The homes in this comunity were largely summer cottages that have been converted to year round occupancy. Epping Forest has many writers and intellectuals as residents. I could see myself curled up in a picture window, writing a great American Novel. No, I will leave that one to YOU!
