20 years.  With over 2300 homes, 4 beaches, a boat launching area, 2
marinas, and a club house, there is always something to do. Close to
shopping, and route 50 makes "The Cape" one of the more popular
Annapolis water privileged communities. The $10 per YEAR HOA fee
is the lowest for the amenities in Annapolis.

Yes, the House Huntress is a member of this Yacht Club. It is great fun with no pretense. The Youth Sailing Club is supported by mostly volunteers from this Club. It is amazing to see 10 and 12 year olds skipper 35 foot sailboats with confidence. If you have the desire, you can join this group. And don't worry if you don't have a boat yet, you can hop aboard someones.
