(Okay, this is an oldie but a goodie)
It's been five months since we've moved, and not a morning goes by without either my wife or I saying, "Boy do I love this house!" Your skill, persistence and tenacity helped us get the perfect house for our growing family. When you get right down to it, negotiating the house hunt is a lot like negotiating the job hunt--and your previous experience has served you well. Loryn and I always felt in control of the buying (and selling!) process, and despite the rollercoaster ride of emotions we felt confident that your judgement was sound and your methods reliable. We want to thank you for your efforts as listing agent for our property in Cape Saint Claire. As you know, we interviewed several agents, which had more years of service and claimed to have developed a good reputation in this particular neighborhood. One of our major criteria for choosing the right agent was someone familiar and knowledgeable with the Cape Saint Claire area. Secondly - which turned out to be the most important criterion since our unit was a rental unit - was to find an agent to help get the place in sellable shape in an economical and quick timeframe.
As you know, timing is everything.
